Creator Program Terms

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Khelzy and to publish games.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's consent to make purchases (creation credits).
• You need a Khelzy account in good standing — an account that has not been suspended or restricted for breaking our Terms of Service or content rules.

2. What you own

Your ideas and prompts stay yours. You keep all rights you hold in the ideas, prompts, names, and creative direction you bring to a game.

The playable game itself is produced by and runs on Khelzy's own game engine and infrastructure. Khelzy owns the engine, the underlying technology, and the generated game code and runtime.

3. The license you grant us

When you publish a game, you grant Khelzy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and promote the published game — including in the public feed, on creator profiles, in search and category listings, in remix lineage displays, and in Khelzy's own marketing of the platform. This license exists so we can actually run the service; it does not transfer ownership of your ideas to us.

The license continues for as long as the game remains published (and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups and remix-lineage records).

4. Remixing

• Publishing a game means allowing remixing. Other Khelzy users may create remixes of your published games.
• Every remix carries attribution: your game and handle are recorded and shown as the original in the remix lineage.
• The same applies in reverse: if you remix someone else's game, the original creator is credited on yours.

5. Moderation and removal

Published games go through a review step before appearing in the public feed. Khelzy may decline, delist, or remove any game at any time — for example if it breaks our content rules (illegal, hateful, or infringing content), if we receive a valid rights complaint, or if it degrades the experience for other users. We aim to be fair and will tell you when your game is removed where practical.

6. Earnings

Creating on Khelzy does not currently pay out money. Revenue sharing is planned but not live; until a specific written program says otherwise, no earnings are guaranteed, and participation in the Creator Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Khelzy. Referral rewards and promotional credits are credits (see the Terms of Service on virtual items), not cash.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Creator Program at any time and can request unpublishing of your games. Khelzy may suspend or terminate Creator Program access for accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these terms or the Terms of Service. Sections 3–5 survive termination for games that were published while the program was active, to the extent needed to preserve remix lineage and comply with law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the program evolves (for example, when revenue sharing launches). We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active creators in-product or by email.
