1. What Khelzy is

Khelzy is an AI game platform: you type a game idea — in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati or Bangla — and Khelzy's AI builds a playable browser game on Khelzy's own game engine. Games are published to a public feed where anyone can play them instantly, free, in the browser, with no install (Khelzy is also installable as a PWA).

2. Accounts

• Playing is free and requires no account. Guests can play everything in the public feed.
• Creating games requires an account (Google sign-in). You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent for purchases.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Khelzy to create or share content that is:

• illegal, or promoting illegal activity;
• hateful, harassing, or abusive toward any person or group;
• infringing someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
• sexually explicit, or targeting minors inappropriately;
• deceptive (scams, impersonation), or malicious (attempts to break the service).

Published games go through moderation, and Khelzy may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, at our discretion. Don't attempt to bypass moderation, scrape the service, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with other users' play.

4. Your content and the license you grant

Games on Khelzy are user-generated. You keep the rights you hold in your ideas and prompts. By publishing a game you grant Khelzy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote it on the platform — and you allow other users to remix it with attribution, as described in the Creator Program Terms, which are part of these terms for creators.

5. Virtual items: credits and coins

• Credits power AI creation (generating games, edits, artwork). Credits are purchased in INR or earned through referral rewards.
• Coins are in-game virtual currency earned by playing. Coins have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Credits and coins are licenses to use features, not property; they have no cash value and are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Failed generations are not charged: if an AI generation fails, the credits for it are not deducted (or are automatically returned).

6. Payments

Purchases are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). Khelzy never stores your card, UPI, or bank details. Prices for credit packs are shown at checkout and may change. For payment issues, contact [email protected] — see also the refund rules in section 5.

7. Disclaimers

Khelzy is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep the service up and games playable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular game, score, coin balance, or feature will remain available. AI-generated output may not match your expectations; moderation decisions are made in good faith.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khelzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Khelzy in the 12 months before the claim or INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Khelzy at any time and may request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post updates here with a new "last updated" date and give in-product notice of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
