Do I need an account to play?
No. Every game in the feed is free to play as a guest — no account, no install. Signing in (with Google) is only needed when you want to create games, so your creations are saved to you.
How do I create a game?
Tap Create and type your idea in one sentence — in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati or Bangla. The AI plans the game, builds it on Khelzy's engine, and you're playing it moments later. Then keep chatting to tweak it: faster, harder, new look, more lives.
What happens when the AI can't do exactly what I asked?
It tells you — honestly. Khelzy's games run on our own engine, which is why they never arrive broken, but it also means the AI works within what the engine supports. If your request is ambiguous, the AI asks a quick question (free) instead of guessing. If it can't make a specific change, it says so and suggests the closest things it can do. And if AI artwork fails to generate, your game simply keeps its built-in look — it stays fully playable.
How do credits and payments work?
Credits power AI creation (new games, chat edits, artwork). You can buy credit packs in INR — payments are processed securely by Razorpay; Khelzy never sees or stores your card details.
Refunds: credits are non-refundable except where required by law — but failed generations are never charged. If a payment succeeded and credits didn't appear, email us with the payment reference and we'll fix it.
What's the difference between coins and credits?
Credits are what you buy (or earn via referrals) to create with AI. Coins are the virtual currency you collect inside games — they're just for fun: no monetary value, non-transferable, and they can't be converted to money or credits.
How do I change my language?
Khelzy speaks six languages: English, हिन्दी, தமிழ், తెలుగు, ગુજરાતી, and বাংলা. Tap the globe icon in the navigation to switch anytime — the whole app follows, and you can create games in any of them.
What are challenges and ghosts?
After a run, tap Challenge friends to share a link (great on WhatsApp) carrying your score and display name. Optionally it includes a ghost — a replay trace of your run that friends race against in real time. Ghosts only contain in-game positions, nothing personal.
How do I install Khelzy as an app?
Khelzy is a PWA. On Android/Chrome: menu → Add to Home screen / Install app. On iPhone/Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen. You get a full-screen app icon with no app store needed.
How do I report a game?
Every published game passes moderation before hitting the feed, but if something slipped through, email [email protected] with the game's link and what's wrong. We review reports promptly and remove content that breaks our rules.
How do I delete my data?
Email [email protected] from your account email and ask for deletion. We'll remove your account and associated personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and confirm when it's done.
Known issues
- All systems normal. Game generation, payments, and the feed are operating.
- AI art can take a little while at busy times — your game is playable immediately and the art paints in when ready.
